If there is one thing that you could change personally and one thing professionally what will it be and why?

Personally:

There are a lot of things I would like to change personally but that would reveal too much about myself and would change my personality, I suppose. Physically, I am what I am because that is how the Good Lord created me. But if I had the opportunity to change something I think it would be to not take life too seriously. I get so carried away with the rat race in an effort to pay the bills on time etc., that I tend to forget what and who makes life worth living. Spend more time with my family and friends as well as with my son and wife will definitely be on the top of my list. Remember, don’t spend a lot of time pondering how to make a living so that you forget how to live.

Professionally:

This list could get quite long …, but if I could change one thing in my professional life (in the QS industry) I would change the economy, to a steady growing economy. In this way, we can create jobs in the construction industry and secure job opportunities. More tender opportunities will become available and the cut throat discounts we currently have to offer to be competitive can be more profitable. On a more personal note, maybe I could be a little less of a pain when it comes to perfectionism.
