In order to stay positive I have been giving myself time to check what labour relations sites have to say about the Corona pandemic.
They give vital information on how to relate to employee relations currently. For example, before lockdown they gave vital information on how to process leave for such pandemics which is not something common so not normally catered for in labour law.
During lockdown it is important for me to check on new cases on how government is handling the situation of the pandemic. That way I will have more insight on how we are doing so as to prepare myself for after lockdown. If there are many cases of people recovering it means there is a good chance that after lockdown staff will stay safe if they
