Maintaining a state of normality by Nathi Shandu

I stay positive and motivated during lockdown by keeping in touch with my family, friends and

colleagues via WhatsApp, Facebook, phone call and regular texting.



Asking them how they are and letting them know how I am doing. I try to stick to my normal routine as much as I can, maintaining my body exercising and focusing on more positive things than what is currently going on around us.
