Looking after our mental health is of really important in general but is especially now during the COVID-19 outbreak.
Doing a lot of praying finding my connection with god has been one of biggest practice, watching movies and staying connected with friends, family and colleagues via telephone and/or video calls.
Sticking to a routine – get up, shower, eat breakfast and get dressed
Keeping active some here and there home exercise LOL
Drinking plenty of water and staying hydrated
