In staying connected with management I use allocated days of Tuesday and Thursday to work half day at the office to get a chance to stay connected.
So far, I have seen management at this stage and some workers, in fact almost all. I have also organised that we have our CPD every two weeks so as to keep us geared up in training. During these
CPD we are also able to connect with each other remotely
On a personal level, I have engaged more in video calling to friends and family which I did not really find interesting before.
