In May of 2022, Alice Moeti joined the NNAQS Team as Associate Director.
Alice was appointed as Associate Director and is an executive member of the NNAQS Management team.
She started her career with Nonku Ntshona and Associates Quantity Surveyors as a Junior Quantity Surveyor in 2015, she then progressed to work at SVR Quantity Surveyors & Project Managers (Pty) Ltd as well as GT Chaane Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers CC, she later rejoined Nonku Ntshona and Associates Quantity Surveyors in 2022 as an Associate Director and registered Quantity Surveyor.
With more than 7 years of experience in the built environment, Alice heads up the retail, commercial and residential sectors as well as the overall business development portfolio within the QS division. Her level of experience includes retail developments, health projects, higher education projects, housing developments, commercial and mixed-use developments.
Alice is a registered Quantity Surveyor, having started her academic career at the University of Pretoria, she boasts a BSc Quantity Surveying degree as well as a BSc Quantity Surveying Honours degree. In addition, she is a member of the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors, a student member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and has experience in quality management.
